Stained Ceiling tiles throughout the program. Bathroom floor in one of the toddler classrooms did not have a baseboard and was coming away from the wall. Toddler classrooms had chipping and peeling paint., The window screens were observed on the playground to be in disrepair. Plungers were observed in some children's bathrooms accessible to the children.
Staff in one toddler classroom wiped a child's nose with gloves on but did not change the gloves or wash her hands after.
Toddler staff used a wipe to clean a child's hands after changing their diaper. The Licensor pointed out to the staff that children must wash their hands with soap and water after diapering..
This investigation inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
At the time of the visit the infant staff were heating large cups of water in the microwave and putting infant bottles in them.

At the time of the visit a toddler staff member was sitting on top of a quiet cube drinking out of a water bottle and eating a bagel while the children were on the floor playing.

At the time of the visit two infant staff were on one side of a gate dividing the classroom while 3 infants were sitting at the table without a staff member. At the time of the visit a toddler teacher was observed sitting on top of a quiet cube eating a bagel and drinking out of a water bottle while the children were playing on the floor.
