Outdoor Playspace - Hazards
There were 2 hazards observed in the outdoor playspace, the fire pit in the back yard, which needs to have a cover, and the HVAC system, which needs to be made inaccessible to the children.

Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the monitoring visit, as well as the outdoor playspace (fenced in area in the side yard). The only hazard that was observed was in the livingroom. There is an outlet power strip behind the television that had outlets exposed.

Licensor randomly reviewed 3 of the children's records. Of these, 1 was complete and up to date, but the other 2 records had out of date signatures in the enrollment packet
Licensor randomly reviewed 3 of the children’s progress reports and 2 were complete and up to date, but the 3rd was out of date. Educator has very thorough and detailed progress reports that she completes.
This monitoring visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Indoor Hazards
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the renewal visit. The only hazards were observed in the living room. The Christmas tree and the television are both tipping hazards as they were not anchored to anything.
Licensor reviewed 2 of the children's records. Of these, 1 was complete and up to date and the other had out of date signatures in the enrollment packet, as well as an out of date individual health care plan.

For diapering, Educator has a changing pad in the playroom and uses a disposable layer. There was a cover on the pad, discussed that this cover can not be easily disinfected. Educator removed it during the visit.
Progress Reports
Licensor reviewed 3 of the children’s records. Of these, 2 had a complete and up to date progress report, but the third had an overdue progress report. This child is under 15 months and required a progress report to be completed every 3 months, but it has been over 4 months since the last report.
