One staff member who was present at the time of the visit did not have a BRC on file. That staff member was asked to leave at the time of the visit and may return when BRC is complete
Children with ongoing medical conditions did not all have the food allergy action plan or some type of written plan signed by their physician.
A review of children's records found that not all children had up to date consent forms on file.

At the time of the visit the infant staff were using bottle warmer to warm infant bottles. Several shelves and book cases throughout the program were tippable and not secure.
One child [REDACTED] prescription was expired.
One child with Ashma did not have all of the EEC required inormation on file.
This capacity increase visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) - R Apr 2025
A review of IHCP found that not all the forms were complete and describe the steps needed to be taken for all medical conditions. Some IHCP did not have a parent signature and or date the plan was signed.. One IHCP had a date that was Sept 2024, and we are only in May of 2024 at the time of the visit.
Cots/cribs at least 2 feet apart or children's faces at least 3 feet apart
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.
At the time of the visit not all rest mats and cots were two feet apart.
At the time of the visit there were two shelves in the preschool room that were not tightly secured. Please ensure that all equipment that may be tippable is tightly secured.
