During the program inspection, a trampoline was found. The use of trampolines by childcare children, whether indoors or outdoors, is prohibited.
During the Medication/ IHCP review, the following was found: Two children did not have evidence of medication consent forms.
During the safety inspection of the program, the following was found: 1) Exposed drywall was found under the sink in the bathroom. 2) A plunger and toilet brush were found in the bathroom in reach of children.

At the time of the visit, a child's medication was found on top of the cubbies in a bin within reach of the children creating a potential risk.

During the BRC review, it was found that one educator did not complete the BRC process.
At the time of the visit, not all emergency exits had the appropriate posting as required by regulations.
During the program's health and safety inspection, hand sanitizer and bug repellent was found within children's reach in the preschool classroom and bathroom.

Two Staff Records were randomly selected, and the following were found: 1) Two staff members did not have evidence of a hire date. 2) Two staff members had expired PQ Registry.
At the time of the visit, the written plan for diapering and toileting was not posted in diapering areas.
During the Health and Safety review of the Bathroom, it was found that the diaper/ trash container in the children's bathroom did not have a lid.
