CPR/First Aid - R Apr 2025
First Aid expires 1/2020 The Educator did not have proof of current CPR certification. The card that she had showed that CPR was completed in January 2018, which means it would have expired in January 2019, according to EEC policy. Please send proof of of current CPR certification.
The Regular Assistant did not wash her hands nor the children’s hands after diapering, as required by EEC regulations. Discussed that both the caregiver and the children must wash hands with liquid soap and running water after diapering.
The Regular Assistant only used one surface that could be disinfected when changing diapers. Discussed that a second surface must be used. The second surface can be disposable, individual to each child, or also can be disinfected.
The [REDACTED] infant was sleeping in the porta crib. There were toys in the porta crib with the infant, and the sheet was not tight fitting. The infant was in the Regular Assistant’s direct visual supervision the entire time.
