Emergency medications readily available
The emergency posting was reviewed and found two medications for one child were not listed. In a manner that protects the privacy of the children, the following is required to be posted: a list of all emergency or life saving medications, including but not limited to epinephrine auto-injectors, inhalers, and anti-seizure medications, that specifies to which children they belong.
Evacuation procedures were missing from the front left and back left of the exits in the gym.
Second (REDACTED) were missing for two children (their Allergy Action Plans require two).
Outdoor Ground Hazard
The following was observed on the day of the visit: A space between the newly poured ground surface under the play structures and the grass is a tripping hazard as it is a large gap. The licensee must only use indoor and outdoor equipment, materials, furnishings, toys, and games that are appropriate to the ages, needs and developmental level of the children enrolled. They must be sturdy, safely constructed and installed, non-tippable, flame retardant, easily cleaned, and free from lead paint, protruding nails, rust, and other hazards that may be dangerous to children.
One child's (REDACTED) was in a box but missing the label from the pharmacist. Another child's (REDACTED) was not in a box from the pharmacist. All prescription medications must be in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed. Over-the-counter medications must be in the original manufacturer's packaging.

The following was found to be accessible to children: -In the cafeteria/auditorium, a blind cord hung loosely from a window near the decoratively painted wall and is a strangulation hazard and the heating vent cover near the same corner was loose and could pinch fingers and expose hot pipes in the winter.

The following was observed to be accessible to children: Black landscaping cloth is visible in the mulch and is a potential tripping hazard near the corner of the swings and at the bottom of the single slide on the play structure.
