Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the renewal visit. The following hazards were observed: ** SENSORY ROOM **- 2 tall shelving units are tipping hazards ** CLASSROOM/PLAYROOM **- bins stacked on top of each other are tipping hazards. ** OFFICE/RECEPTION AREA **- no hazards ** NAP/QUIET/REST ROOM **- no hazards ** BATHROOM **- cleaning supplies in closet on the floor, which are accessible to the children as there is no lock on the door.

Educator's child who lives in the home is listed as Inactive.
Educator is licensed to care for 10 children. Currently, there are 17 children enrolled. Educator stated almost all of them are part time. On 5/1/25, Educator admitted that she was over her licensed capacity as there were 12 children present in the program, very briefly.
Educator washed the children's hands in the same sink where dishes are washed. Discussed that hands need to be washed in a separate sink, not the sink in the kitchen area.

This follow-up visit inspection recorded no violations or advisories.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the progress visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: **SENSORY ROOM** - no hazards **CLASSROOM/PLAYROOM** - no hazards **OFFICE/RECEPTION AREA** - no hazards **NAP/QUIET/REST ROOM** - no hazards **BATHROOM - there were disinfectant wipes in a cabinet under the sink, where they are accessible to the children **OUTSIDE** - there was a large plastic Little Tykes play structure, as well as multiple small plastic slides that were all over 18 inches and none of them had a fall zone.

Educator emailed Licensor a training certificate for a Food Safety and Sanitation training and another 2 hour training provided by the food program, Yours for children. Educator did not email any other trainings to Licensor. 4 hours of training over the last year is not sufficient as a minimum of 10 hours is required by regulations. Also, Educator must complete other trainings that are not providing by the food training, including a minimum of 3 hours of trainings that include diverse learners.

First Aid Kit
The thermometer in the refrigerator was not working, Educator replaced it with a new one at the end of the visit, but Licensor was not able to get a reading due to time.

The temperature in the refrigerator was 46F degrees. The fridge had just been cleaned and that may be why the temperature was high. Regardless, the thermometer read 46F degrees, which is too high according to regulations.
All of the required items were observed in the first aid kit, except for an instant cold pack.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. No hazards were observed in any of the licensed rooms. However, outside Educator added a play set and did not install a fallzone. A fallzone either needs to be added or the playset needs to be removed from the outdoor playspace. Educator wants to add 2 rooms to her licensed space. Licensor also inspected those rooms: ** Sensory room - no hazards ** Nap room - needs to cover outlets
