Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the visit, as well as the outdoor playspace. The following hazards were observed: ** PLAYROOM **- no hazards ** KITCHEN **- knife block was on the counter, and a cleaner was on the counter as well ** BREAKFAST AREA **- no hazards ** BATHROOM **- no hazards ** OUTSIDE **- no hazards ** Educator wanted to add the livingroom to her licensed space. Licensor inspected the LIVINGROOOM and observed the following: a gate needs to be added around the gas stove, the walking pad needs to be removed or made inaccessible, all outlets in the room need to be covered, hazards in the drawers and the cabinets of the hutch need to be made inaccessible.**
