Educator has been using the 1st floor fridge, but can’t continue to do that as the 1st floor is not licensed.
Diapering & Toileting
For diapering, Educator uses a changing pad on the floor, but it has a cloth cover which needs to be removed as the cover cannot be disinfected after each use.

Educator does not have a PQ number.
All of the required items were observed in the 1st aid kit, except for the children's emergency contact forms.
Educator has not provided written notification to parents of the firearms that are in the home.
Attendance is not up to date. Educator did not have attendance for this week and had not completed attendance for last week either. Attendance is required to be kept in real time.
Licensor inspected all of the licensed, indoor space during the visit. The only hazard that was observed was in the learning room. The electrical panel on the wall was accessible.
