The licensing coordinator observed seven bottles containing infant formula or breast milk that were not dated and two bottles containing infant formula or breast milk that were not labeled with the child's name or dated in the refrigerator in the Infant Classroom. Corrective action: The seven bottles were labeled and dated. Moving forward, all bottles will be labeled and dated immediately upon entering the learning environment each morning.
