The licensing coordinator observed one expired EpiPen in the Toddler A classroom and one expired EpiPen in the Multi-Age B classroom. Corrective action: The EpiPen in Multi-age B was no longer needed per physican for this child. We returned it to the parent on 11/6/25. The EpiPen in Toddler A was returned to the parent and a new one was provided by parent the next day 11/7/25.
