Background record checks shall be completed in accordance with this section.
The licensing coordinator’s review of the Staff and Household List and department records revealed that the program did not submit a Household and Personnel form for a staff member who is younger than 18 years old upon hiring them on July 1, 2025. Additionally, the department record review revealed that the individual did not attend their scheduled fingerprinting appointment on July 7, 2025. Corrective action: The staff has a fingerprint appointment on Nov. 3rd and will not be working until they are eligible in NHCIS. Going forward I will check to make sure all staff are eligible prior to their first day of employment. We acknowledge this directed CAP and will adhere to the rules around background checks and eligibility.
