The stairs for the first floor level exit did not have handrails.
It was observed that the outdoor space was a large open space there were sections of the yard that lead to a steep uphill with a lot brush and unknown plants. The educator is required to fence a section of her yard with fencing that measures at least 4 feet tall in order to have the yard approved.
