Infant Feeding
On 7/14/25 A child in the (REDACTED). A teacher was feeding one child and that child needed a break from her bottle. The same teacher started to feed another child their bottle, which happened to be the exact type of bottle, Dr Brown glass bottle. The second child wasn't taking their bottle, so the teacher put the bottle down. The first child started to reach for a bottle; the teacher took the bottle she reached for and gave it to the infant. The (REDACTED) when the teacher realized that it was (REDACTE). A current feeding schedule must be maintained, documenting use of either breast milk or formula, if applicable, new foods introduced, food intolerances and preferences, voiding patterns, and observations related to developmental changes in feeding and nutrition.

The following was observed to be accessible to children: -A free standing basketball hoop was in the infant/toddler play area and it was not secure and tippable.
It was observed the preschool classroom did not have their attendance outside with them. The attendance was obtained and taken outside during the visit.

The staff schedule was not posted. The Director stated it is send to all families at the beginning of each week.
The following was observed to be accessible to children: -In TODDLERS, the unlocked cabinet under the change table contained a package of wipes and the unlocked drawer below the changing table contained two rolls of loose trash bag liners. These are all suffocation hazards. -In PRESCHOOL, the wooden kitchen furniture and lateral bookshelf were not secure and tippable.
A review of all medications was conducted and found: -One child's antihistamine was expired (10/2022).
