EEC Licensor observed the assistant changing a diaper when she arrived. The assistant did not wash her hands or the child’s hands after diapering. The educator was also observed changing a diaper; she did wash her hands but did not wash the child’s hands at the sink with soap and running water. She did wipe the child’s hands with a wet wipe.

The Licensor observed two cords in the kitchen area that are accessible and could pose a hazard to the children. The Licensor observed a shelf in the infant area that wasn’t bolted and could pose a tipping hazard.
The Educator has one dog. Please forward the dog’s current health records.

Records for the 10 enrolled children were reviewed. Two of the children's records did not have proof of current physical, immunizations, and lead screening.
The certified assistant was alone with 7 children when licensor first arrived. None of the children were school-aged. She reported the educator had run to the store to get milk. The educator arrived about 10 minutes after licensor arrived. The educator has been cited for this before.
There was a (REDACTED) observed to be sleeping in a bouncy seat with blanket on top of him.
