At the time of the visit medication was found to be expired: 1. 1 child's Albuterol inhaler had expired 1/2023. 2. 1 child's [REDACTED]had expired 2/2023, and the prescription label stated to discard after 2/23.
1 Educator who has been employed longer than 6 months did not have evidence of First Aid Training in their file.
