A dramatic play refrigerator in the Brown Bear classroom was not secured posing a potential hazard.
When observing the playgrounds the licensor noted the following 1. There was not 9 inches of measurable impact absorbing material in the 6 foot use/fall zone surrounding the climbing structures in both playgrounds and underneath the swings. The Licensor could only dig down a few inches due to it being packed and turning into sand.

Infection Control/Hand Washing - R Apr 2025
When observing in the Panda classroom the Licensor noted the following: 1. Children were observed blowing their nose and not washing their hands after. 2. Children did not wash their hands prior to playing in the water table.

Attendance was not accurate; 4 children were present, and none were signed in for the day.
