Evidence of updating in the PQ registry was not on file for 2 Educators 3. Evidence of completing the EEC 12 Essential trainings was not on file for 3 Educators. 4. Evidence of Professional development hours was not on file for 2 Educators.
At the time of the visit the evacuation drill log could not be located so it could not be determined if the program was practicing monthly as required.

Chipping/ Peeling paint was observed in the toddler room. It was observed that the Toddler and preschool classrooms' bookshelves and wood shelving units were not secured down.
A child’s IHCP Plan was found to be expired.
Hand sanitizer was found on a low shelf and in reach of children in the toddler classroom.
