Educator is requesting to have her capacity increased to 8 (6+2). Educator needs to have play materials setup in the open space within the kitchen area.
It was observed that the stairs leading to the backyard exit had peeling paint.

Educator did not have a copy of her parent handbook. Educator will upload a copy to her document library.
At time licensor arrived there was a (REDACTED) napping in a separate room with the door completely closed and the room was too dark.
There is access to a wading pool with some water and leaves accessible at the end of the exit stairs from the kitchen exit.
