General: Based on observation and interviews, it was determined that on 05/11/26, at approximately 10:10 a.m., the Two-Year-Old Classroom had ten (10) children with one (1) staff member present. The staff member reported that one (1) child was one (1) year old and the remaining children were two (2) years old. The staff member stated that she began her shift at 8:30 a.m. with nine (9) two-year-old children. At approximately 8:45 a.m., a one (1) year-old child arrived, resulting in the classroom being out of ratio from 8:45 a.m. until 10:10 a.m. Hygienic Practices In Compliance
