Evidence: On March 15, 2022 at approximately 2:30 PM, Child A, 5 years of age, was left alone at Patriot Park, a community park located near Ron Rosner YMCA Recreation Center. According to information obtained through staff interviews and documentation, the child was out of staff sight and sound supervision for approximately 7 minutes.
