The operator shall immediately notify a child's parent and shall telephone notice to the appropriate regional office within 24 hours if a child in care at the facility is hospitalized or receives emergency room treatment.
At the time of the Incident Investigation on 12/05/2024, Staff Person #1 did not notify the appropriate regional office within 24 hours of Child #1 receiving emergency room treatment on 11/26/2024. Staff Person #1 contacted the regional office to report the incident 12/03/2024.
