The operator shall provide to the parent of each enrolled child a letter explaining the emergency procedures. The operator shall also provide to the parent of each enrolled child a letter explaining any subsequent update to the plan.
At the time of the Renewal Inspection conducted on 11/13/2025, the facility's Emergency Plan letter to the parents did not explain the facility emergency procedures in the event Shelter in Place, Lockdown, or Evacuation are required. The letter also did not include the facility's policy for the accommodations of infants, toddlers, children with special needs and chronic medical conditions, and the methods by which parents would be notified in an emergency.
