On 8/15/23 at unannounced inspection certification representative observed that the files of staff persons # 1, # 2, and # 3 did not contain NSORs. The file of staff person # 2 contained an FBI clearance from the PA dept. of Education.

Staff person # 1 entered the room and stated that she had gone to get a banana. Cert rep went to the preschool room and staff person # 2 named 10 children in her group while there were 12 children in the classroom. A second staff person was in the room and was not responsible for any children.
