The program manager shall update the staff roster in the NHCIS portal within 5 business days when the individuals as described in (b) above are no longer working in the program or part of the household, with the date they left the program.
The licensing coordinator reviewed the staff roster with Staff A and identified several staff members who are no longer employed by the program, but who had not been removed from the staff roster. Corrective action: Krazy Kids Corrective Action Plan: 1. Identify which staff are year-round or seasonal (Summer Camp) staff. 2. On their last day, and within 5 business days, the site administrator along with the site director will log into the NH Connections website and end date their last date. 3. Any seasonal staff that is scheduled will have to reactive themselves in their NH Connections portal. Krazy Kids will have to do the same. This would be for employees that come back to work to Krazy Kids within 179 days of last date worked. 4. Any staff that only work summer camp, or seasonal will need to go through the Criminal Background + Fingerprinting process if they are more than 180 days removed from Krazy Kids. 5. Our projected summer camp staff roster will need to be reviewed quarterly so that we can bring them back before the 180 days when possible and put them on the schedule to ensure they are still "staffed with Krazy Kids". If any projected summer camp staff member cannot be put on the schedule (due to college, or other commitments like a Full-Time teaching job or other FT job), they will undergo the fingerprinting/criminal background check in May to ensure they are ready for summer camp in June.
