Programs that have their own independent water supply and are not considered to be public water systems as defined in RSA 485:1-a, XV and confirmed by the New Hampshire department of environmental services (NHDES), shall test their water supply utilizing a laboratory accredited under the environmental laboratory accreditation program in accordance with Env-C 300.
The provider informed the licensing coordinator that water testing is overdue and had last been completed approximately one year ago. Corrective action: A water sample was submitted and tested at Eastern Analytical in Concord NH on February 9, 2026. As soon as the results are sent to me I will send them to my daycare licensor. In the future I will add a reminder on my phone as well as writing the water testing dates on my calendar to ensure that reminders are set for future water testing success.
