During a review of the children’s bathroom space, it was observed that a plunger was in the reach of children in both stalls, creating a potential danger to children. A section of the heating unit (near the cubby section) was observed to have come apart, creating a potential hazard to children.
During a review of the playground, it was noted that there are 2 sections of the gate/fence that are potential entrapment hazards. There were unidentifiable weeds/trees growing through several sections of the fence, posing a potential risk to children.
