The program did not have an inhaler for a child with asthma, and the child's file did not contain documentation that the child no longer needs the medication at the program.
Medication
Hazards were observed in the preschool room. One tall shelf used to store children's mats and another shelf used for mailboxes located in the cubby room are not sturdy or installed and pose a hazard to children.

It was observed that the top of the chain linked fence on one side of the outdoor space needs repair, the fencing near the dumpster has gaps along the bottom and is not sturdy or secure, and the molding around the garage doors have some sharp edges.
