Outdoor Space
There are hazards in the outdoor space. In the preschool playground, the wood siding on the building has chipped paint, splinters, and sharp edges, some of the bolts on the chain link fence are protruding, and there is a head entrapment between the back of the shed and the fence. On the toddler playground, the gate (near stairs leading to the Pandas door) is not secure and there is a potential head entrapment where the vinyl fence meets the cement wall.

There were several areas on the walls in the upstairs toddler room and upstairs preschool room with chipped paint.
It was observed that the dramatic play furniture was tippable in two classrooms (Chipmunks, Bumbles).
One classroom did not have accurate attendance, and two children’s arrival time was not recorded on the attendance sheet.
