There was an infant napping at the time of this visit, and bumpers were observed to be placed on the crib. Please be aware of safe sleep policy and the need to ensure that sheets are fitted, no blankets, pillows or other hazards be placed in/on the pack and play of an infant under 12 months. Please sign and return the safe sleep pledge, have parents sign and return the parent letter, complete the Safe Sleep Strong Start course within one week and provide certificate to Licensor.
