Please ensure any visitors or new household members have a current background record check and approved by EEC before visiting the home during child care hours. Please confirm household members will have BRC checks or confirm that there will be no visitors during child care hours.

Licensor walked through indoor space and observed that many of the locking mechanisms on the drawers containing hazards were broken. Please replace and confirm once completed. Licensor walked through outdoor space, and there were no hazards observed.
The smoke detector was missing a battery. Please place battery in smoke detector and confirm once completed.
Licensor walked through indoor space and observed the following hazards: The kitchen had a drawer that contained scissors, lighters, and tools. Please ensure these drawers are made inaccessible. There was also a small TV that needs to be anchored; please do so to avoid a tipping hazard. In the bedroom, there is a dresser and shelf that needs to be anchored. In the living room, there is a TV and shelf that needs to be anchored. Please do so to avoid tipping hazards. In the bathroom, there is an uncovered trash can. Licensor walked through outdoor space and observed the following hazard: There is an uncovered grill; please ensure this is covered.
