A review of four staff records found that : 1. One educator was missing verification of 2 references. 2. Four staff observations were dated 2022.
One staff hired over eight months was missing evidence of first aid training.

At the time of the visit, two staff records were reviewed and the following was found: One staff file was missing evidence of a annual evaluation.
At the time of the visit, the expiration date of food stored in plastic containers in each classroom visited was unavailable.
At the time of the visit, the playground structure was inspected. The fence surrounding the playground did not allow for the minimum 6' fall zone from the blue plastic slide.
At the time of the visit, three children with IHCP's were reviewed and the following was found: one child's IHCP did not include all EEC required information along with the parent's signature and date.
At the time of the visit, the Infant 2 classroom refrigerator cord was accessible to children.
