At the time of the visit, it was observed that the pack-and-play mattress was not attached or secured to the bottom of the pack-and-play in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. It was also observed that no fitted sheet was being used on the pack-and-play mattress.
During the visit, it was observed that the educator had a kitchen play set within the program space that was not secured to the wall. In the bathroom sink cabinet, it was observed wipes were stored and the cabinet was not locked.

It was observed that there was insufficient quantity and variety of materials and equipment to engage all children present in the program made accessible to them. Materials must be visible and readily accessible to the children in care and arranged to promote independent access by children. It was also observed that some pack and plays were being utilized to store play materials. Educator indicated she was in process of rearranging and rotating her materials.
