Children were left under the supervision of a household member who is not an EEC-approved caregiver.

Upon arrival at the program, the licensor observed a household member staffing the program who was not an EEC-approved caregiver. The educator was not present, and the children were being cared for by this household member. However, this individual was a BRC-approved to be on the premises.
