In the Infant/Toddler Classroom, the attendance was inaccurate. There were 7 children observed in the classroom. However, only 6 children were signed into the classroom. When children visit another classroom, they must be signed out of that classroom and signed into the classroom they are attending.

Administration
A review of eight children’s records indicated the following: -One did not have documentation on an Individual Health Care Plan (IHCP) including who trained the educators to administer the medication and which educators were trained to administer the medication. -One did not have a separate IHCP for an additional (REDACTED) diagnosed by the physician.
A review of three staff records indicated the following: -One did not have an educator's signature and date on an annual educator review.
In the Pre-K 1 classroom on the wall was a posting identifying two children’s allergies. The licensee must post in a manner that protects the privacy of each child 2. a list of allergies 2. a list of allergies and/or other emergency medical information provided by the parent for each child.
