Stairways
The following safety hazards were observed in the outdoor space and were accessible to children: A large glass window leaning against the house wall, posing a tipping hazard. Loose pieces of wood under the deck, presenting tripping hazards. A lawn mower placed under the deck, accessible to children.

Records were reviewed for the enrolled child. The enrollment packet was incomplete, missing information in the permissions section. This child also requires medical updates.
First Aid Kit was missing the emergency card the enrolled child.
The bathroom did not have individual towels accessible to the children as required.
Although the educator had a removable gate intended to block access to the stairway leading to the upper level of the home, the stairway was observed not to be barricaded as required at the time of the licensor’s arrival and throughout the visit.
