A review of the records show that 1 child's enrollment packet did not contain all the required pages
The licensor observed a climbing structure and slide inside the home
The door leading to the bulkhead of the second exit was sticking today, making it very hard to open. The bulkhead did not have a light in the stairway and was difficult to open/close. There was paint and an open trash can accessible to the children
The first aid kit was missing the gauze roll and gauze pads

The licensor did not observe up to date progress reports in the children’s files
When the licensor arrived she observed the educator to be sitting against the wall in the playroom with her eyes closed. The licensor walked in the room and said hello twice and the then the educator opened her eyes and acknowledged the licensor
The licensor observed 2 drawers in the kitchen area to have hazards such as batteries and thumbtacks. The 2 drawers did not have locks on them
