Staff records were reviewed, and the following was noted: 1. 1 staff file was missing evidence of a physical exam [REDACTED] 2. Staff files did not have evidence of staff observations and consultations every other month. 3. Staff files did not have evidence of a yearly evaluation for 2022.
When observing in the Llama classroom the Licensor noted the wooden dramatic play furniture was not secured and potentially tippable.
Toxic Substances
At the time of the visit the "Lair" room (Lion's) had toxic substances (Windex, Simple Green, Cleaning wipes and Purell hand sanitizer) on a low shelf accessible to children.
