Licensor observed The educator's adult daughter who is not a licensed approved assistant caring for (5) children ages 2-3yrs in the playroom.
Licensor observed an unapproved caregiver change children while using gloves, but did not wash hers or children's hands after diapering or in-between diapering each child. The licensor observed a potty chair stored on the stairs leading to the back exit.

The licensor observed unsecured shelves/child sized kitchen in the playroom and hallway leading to the kitchen. The indoor space is clean, well ventilated and of sufficient size
The educator currently using the deck, the licensor observed access to the stairs and deck well when grassy area in use. Use of the deck area is not 75 sq ft per child.
