At the time of the visit shaving cream was found stored in a lower unlocked cabinet accessible to children in the “Yellow’” classroom.
At the time of the visit the following was noted: 1. A shelving unit in the “Purple” room was not secured and tippable posing a potential hazard. 2. An Educators purse was found stored on the floor accessible to children in the “Purple” room. .

When observing in the “Purple” room the Licensor noted staff child ratio was not being maintained at all times; one Educator left the classroom to get plates for snack, leaving the other Educator alone with 9 Toddler age children.
At the time of the visit a radio in the “Yellow” room was stored on a tall shelf with the cord plugged into an electrical outlet below; the cord was not secured to the wall.

At the time of the visit the emergency numbers were not posted in the “Yellow” classroom. [REDACTED] posted them immediately once it was brought to her attention.
When observing diapering in the “Purple’ classroom the Licensor noted the following: 1. The Educator did not was her hands With soap and running water as required between diaper changes, she used Purell hand sanitizer.. 2. Children were being changed standing up in the classroom, there was no changing table pad or protective surfacing underneath the children that were being changed standing up.
