Refrigerator temperature was set to 45F degrees. Please lower temperature to ensure it is between 32F and 40F degrees; upload a picture of thermometer once adjusted.
Licensor walked through the indoor, licensed space and the only hazard observed is that the cabinet under the bathroom sink was not properly locked. Please change broken lock to avoid children having access to hygiene products; confirm once completed. Licensor walked through outdoor area (fenced in area of the backyard) and there were no hazards observed.
