During a review of the fire drill logs, it was learned that there was documented evidence for 2 fire drills in 2024 (Feb and March)-which does not meet regulatory compliance of monthly documented fire drills.

2 staff records were selected for review and the following was learned: 1) Educator A did not have documented evidence of a current physical, EEC registry or first aid certification as required 2) Educator B did not have documented evidence of a current EEC registry or all required documentation to be used in the Site Coordinator role.
