There are currently 6 children enrolled in the program who have prescription medications. **Child A had an expired Epi-Pen, Child B had an expired inhaler and the medication was not in the original packaging and did not have a prescription, Child C had Benadryl in the program but there was no prescription or medication consent form, Child D had an IHCP and a medication consent form but there were no dates on the signatures on either form, Child E and Child F both had no issues with their medications or their forms.
