Program was overcapacity with seven children alone as assistant was reportedly out sick. Please ensure the program is never overcapacity for any reason. Furthermore, please outline a plan that will be followed if assistant is unexpectedly out again.
First aid kit was missing up to date emergency authorization forms. Please update these form and add it to the first aid kit; confirm once completed.

Program was out of ratio. Educator was alone with four children under the age of 2 years old (11 months, 18 months, 20 months, 20 months, 2y, 2y, 2y). Please ensure program is always within ratio and outline how this will be avoided in the future.
There is one child enrolled in the program that is prescribed an [REDACTED] Educator did not have a consent on file for this medication. Please obtain consent from parents, add to the child's file and confirm once completed.

Educator, assistant, Educator's husband and one exchange student present at the time of this visit. Educator reports that two children have lived in the home for this semester, and did not get their background record checks completed. Please ensure that background record checks are completed for all persons living in the home moving forward.
Licensor reviewed a few records and there were some missing annual update forms and a lead test. Please review all records and ensure they are up to date. Confirm once completed.

There was slight lifting/peeling paint along the front handrails. Please address and ensure there is no chipping, peeling or lifting paint anywhere on the property. Upload pictures once completed.

Licensor walked through the indoor space and the following hazards were observed: There was laundry detergent and a knife on counter the kitchen. Please remove all hazardous items from the counter and make them inaccessible to children; please confirm once completed. In the small sitting area, there was an unanchored television on a high surface. Please anchor TV to avoid a tipping hazard and confirm once completed.

Educator, Educator' [REDACTED]were the persons on the premises at the time of this visit. [REDACTED]does not have an approved BRC and therefore should not have been on the property during this visit. Please ensure [REDACTED]BRC is completed and only EEC approved persons are on the premises during childcare hours.
There were four children present, ages were 15 months, 10 months, 15 months, 16 months. Educator reports that she thought she could have a fourth child under 2 years old as her niece was present. Licensor discussed with Educator that her niece is not currently licensed and therefore this does not impact her ratios. Educator then transferred the child to her husband's program and they were both within ratio. Licensor confirmed that child was enrolled in both programs. Licensor discussed ratio regulations with Educator.
Educator’s [REDACTED] was present and acting as an assistant, though she was not licensed. Please ensure [REDACTED] follows up on the licensing process. Furthermore, please ensure moving forward that any person acting as a caregiver is approved by EEC.
