At the time of the visit one child with emergency medications was reviewed and the following was found: a portion of their prescribed medications were no onsite as required.

During the visit, two staff files were reviewed. One file did not include evidence of immunity to Measles, Mumps and Rubella.
Equipment is clean, safe, secured, and poses no hazard.
In the outdoor play space, a play kitchen was not secure and tippable.
The following was observed and accessible to children: BOY’S BATHROOM- On the bathroom stall walls and doors, there was rust. GIRL’S BATHROOM- On the bathroom stall walls and doors, there was rust.
