The licensor noted in the Toddler 2 Classroom: Children would get up from the table while eating snack, play with toys then go back and eat snack and they did not re-wash their hands.

A child in the Toddler 2 Classroom dropped their snack on the ground and picked it back up and ate it. 3. A child put too much food in their mouth and the teacher observed this but did not say anything. The other teacher noted this and addressed it with the child when it appeared that he couldn't chew it to dissolve.
1. Iced coffees were accessible to the children in the Pre-School 2 Classroom. 2. A staff member's purse was located in the children's area in the Infant 2 Classroom which could be a potential hazard. 3. The first aid bags in the Toddler 2 Classroom and in the Preschool 2 Classroom were accessible to the children as they were not hung up high. 4. The closet door was open in the Pre-K 1 Classroom that had staff member's purses hanging on the door which was accessible to the children.
