There was a shelf in the dining room that was a tipping hazard.
There are large gaps between the spindles of the railings on the deck that a child could fit their head and/or body through. There are also large spaces under the railings if the basement stairs that a child could fit through.
There were electrical cords longer than 6 inches in the dining room that were accessible to the children.
