No peeling or flaking paint (indoor and out)
The following was observed during the visit to be accessible to children: In the downstairs classroom, paint was peeling on the wall to the right of the outside exit door and on the far back wall under the "Butterfly Observations".

Two children's emergency medications were not in their boxes. All prescription medications must be in the containers in which they were originally dispensed and with their original labels affixed.
The evacuation drill log was reviewed and found no evidence of a drill conducted in June 2024.

The following was observed to be accessible to children: On the stairs leading down to the outdoor space, a couple areas of broken vinyl siding on the building were found and could scratch or pinch a child's hand/fingers. A windowsill on the outside of the building close to the front gate was also broken and had a sharp corner.
Five children's IHCPs were incomplete. All five were missing the names of the educators trained to administer the medications and one was missing the consequences of not receiving the medication.
Children's emergency medications were not taken outside when the groups transitioned outside. Emergency medications such as epinephrine auto-injectors must be immediately available for use as needed.
