An accessible drawer in the kitchen contained hazards including batteries, rubber bands, and assorted chokable items. A drawer containing knives and a pizza cutter was accessible. The drawer had a lock but the lock was broken. An accessible cabinet in the kitchen contained small appliances with cords longer than 6". A shelf in the lower level playroom is not secured to the wall and poses a potential tipping hazard.
