Three of the children's records were reviewed at this visit. The records were missing proof of the current lead exams and the annual update forms and two of the records were missing new physicals.

Four of the children’s records were reviewed at this visit. Two of the records were missing proof of lead exam. One record was missing an annual update. Two of the record’s did not list the assistant’s names on the required fields.
The program was not meeting license capacity when the licensor had arrived to the program. Seven children were present and one educator. None of the children were 5 years old.
The water temperature was exceeding 120 degrees F. It was reading at 123.5 degrees F. The space encourages learning, it was clean and of sufficient size. The educator reported smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed on all of the floors and working accordingly. One of the detectors on the first floor was tested and it was working accordingly.

Some of the children's records were not complete. Some of the records were missing the lead exams, annual updates, the parent handbook acknowledgement parent signature. The general permission of the enrollment records must also indicate the children are not taken out of the premises.
